Abstract: |
East Lothian Council required an 8% evaluation by trial trenching in an arable field, prior to construction of a proposed primary school. No archaeological features were encountered. The aerial photographs of the site indicated a series of linear crop marks orientated east to west, some of these may be explained by the presence of large culverts running across the site. |
