Abstract: |
A programme of archaeological fieldwork was undertaken prior to and during the construction phase of the Burnfoot Wind Farm access track in Upper Glen Devon, Perth and Kinross. Known cultural heritage sites were fenced off and a watching brief undertaken within defined areas of the development. During the watching brief, part of a trackway was recorded. A second site (at NN 94871 04965) was revealed by excavation to be part of a multi-phase building dated on artefactual grounds to the 18-19th centuries which was previously recorded during an RCAHMS survey. |
