Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology between May and August 2010 on land at Plough Lane, Wokingham, Berkshire. Fifty seven trenches were excavated. A ditch containing two sherds of late medieval/early post-medieval pottery, probably representing a former field boundary or trackway, was identified in trenches 26 and 38. A further 16th to 17th-century ditch was identified within trench 5. Evidence of modern dumping was identified in trenches 7 and 12, with a small modern feature in trench 56. An undated pit was identified within trench 8. No further archaeological features or deposits were identified during the evaluation.
