Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out by John Moore Heritage Services during the excavation of a pipe trench by Murphy's on behalf of Thames Water. Evidence for ridge and furrow fields was observed during machining across modern fields. Possible evidence was recovered for traces of the historic route known as the Icknield Way. |
