Abstract:		 A Historic map regression of Lile Close, Richmond, North Yorkshire. (added) The development of the site involves the demolition of the standing care home and the erection of a new one. The map regression and site visit gave evidence that there are very few areas on the site that are likely to be undisturbed by building works and previous landscaping. The locations of four trenches have been recommended which take the map regression into account as well as the various constraints on the site
