Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Pre-Construct Archaeology Ltd Grove Lodge, 287 Regents Park Road, London Borough of Barnet, N3 3JY. The investigation revealed evidence of a possible post-medieval fence line close to the western limit of investigation, as well as a large modern linear feature which may form part of a drainage system. Natural deposits of Glacial till were also encountered on the site. No archaeological features pre-dating the post-medieval period were encountered during the period of the watching brief.
