Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	During September 2009 an archaeological 'strip, map, and sample' excavation was undertaken by Pre-Construct Archaeology Ltd following the results of an archaeological evaluation. Stripping of the site revealed several linear features dissecting the site north to south and east to west. In addition to these a number of circular and sub-circular features were observed, predominantly in the eastern portion of the excavation area; the remains of a single building were also unearthed in the western half.
