Abstract:		 In 2011 Archaeological Solutions (AS) carried out archaeological monitoring and recording at Bushey Academy, London Road, Bushey, Hertfordshire (NGR TQ 1285 9545). The work was carried out in compliance with a condition attached to planning permission for the erection of new buildings for educational use and related uses. The site is west-north-west of Bushey centre and comprises buildings of Bushey Academy, (the former Bushey Hall School), and its playing fields. It had potential for Romano-British, medieval and post-medieval archaeological remains. In the event the monitoring revealed no archaeological features or finds.
