The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken to address a pre-determination condition for proposed development of land adjacent to Edgefield Hall (centred on NGR TG 0830 3560). A total of 14 trenches were excavated. Five pits were identified in four of the trenches, two of which were datable to the early Neolithic and late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age. A possible buried soil deposit was also identified in two of these trenches.
