Archaeological excavation conducted at Sturdy Spring on the Feldom Ranges, Defence Training Estate Catterick, North Yorkshire. The works comprised the excavation of a large crescent shaped, almost circular mound approximately 15m in diameter and 1.5m deep, with a shallow depression at in its centre. |
