Abstract:
Filedwalking and earthwork survey over proposed new port storage area. Previous evaluation had identified two enclosures of Roman date. Fieldwalking produced Neolithic and Bronze Age flints with further evidence for Roman activity including metalworking. medieval finds are suggestive of manuring scatters. The earthwork survey recorded ridge and furrow.
