Abstract:
An archaeological strip, map and sample excavation was carried out at Holy Bones, 10 Church Street, Market Bosworth, Leicestershire (SK 40691 03221) by University of Leicester Archaeological Services (ULAS) on 16-18 February 2016. The work was carried out on behalf of Mr M Seeman in advance of the proposed property extension and separate garages. The site archive will be held by Leicestershire County Council Museum Services under the accession number X.A26.2016. A medieval pit, an undated gully and a number of small post-medieval features were uncovered.
