Abstract: |
Conversion of former Coach-House adjacent to the Old Rectory at Church Road, Waddingham, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire into a Games Room/Music Room, Studio. The Coach-House lies within the confines of a Grade 2 Listed Building which was erected in 1860 by James Fowler of Louth at the same time as the Old Rectory. The building is constructed of rock-faced limestone with a slate roof pitched at 45 degrees. |
