Abstract: |
The excavations revealed a settlement which dated to the Late Iron Age / Romano-British period. The remnents of dripgullies, and artefactual remains all pointed towards a domestic site. Large quantities of briquetage found on the site indicated salt making activities in the area, although no hearths were found. [Au (adp)] |
