Abstract:		 An evaluation revealed modern landscaping sealed beneath later pits. An AD 2nd-3rd century Roman ditch was also present. Trench 2 exposed demolition material derived from brick walls and an associated floor. Another garden feature and a Roman gulley and two pits, dating from the 2nd-4th century, were also exposed.
