Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken by Cambridge Archaeological Unit (CAU) at the proposed site of a new Ice Rink off Newmarket Road in Cambridge. The fieldwork comprised trial trenching, which revealed demolition deposits relating to previous building belonging to Greenhouse Farm, a pond feature also relating to Greenhouse Farm and a number of ditches which form a component of complex Iron Age and Early Roman sites in the adjacent area.
