Abstract:		 This geomagnetic survey was conducted over 7ha of agricultural land following an earlier desk based assessment (Tees Event 0882). A number of anomalies were noted that may represent former ditches which might be indicative of prehistoric or later human activity. A potential building was noted close to the railway line at the north of the site which is likely to be 19th century or later.
