Abstract: |
Three trenches to test for medieval and post-medieval industrial era remains ahead of the re-development of the medical centre on Worsall Road, Yarm. Trench 1 exposed a brick-lined feature probably related to a 19th century brick and tile manufactory. Deep dump deposits - possibly infilling clay extraction pits - were recorded in Trenches 2 and 3. |
