Abstract: |
A tree-ring dating programme was commissioned on timbers in a newly identified timber-framed building on a site in Church Street, Dronfield, Derbyshire, by English Heritage in AD 2003. The tree-ring results indicate that timbers felled in the winter of AD 1526/7 are present in the structure. |
