Abstract: |
An archaeological excavation supervised by CFA Archaeology Ltd (CFA) was undertaken in August and September 2012 at Tullos Hill (Loirston Country Park), Aberdeen. The work was largely undertaken by local volunteers and continued on from a previous phase of community excavation. Two sites were excavated, a cairn and a roundhouse. The cairn has been shown to be a ring-cairn; a prehistoric burial monument. The roundhouse has been shown to be prehistoric in date. |
