Abstract: |
Three, 8.00m trench archaeological evaluation at site of school extension. The evaluation consisted of the excavation of three trenches within and adjacent to the proposed development footprint of an extension to existing buildings. This took place over three consecutive days between the 17th and 19th July 2017. One trench contained the foundation remains of a post-medieval wall, part of a lean-to building, once standing against the northern boundary wall of the site. The two other trenches contained no archaeological features. |
