The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 A heritage statement was compiled to inform a planning application for a new solar farm at East Codford Farm, Codford St Mary. It included a search of the historic environment and a documentary search including historic mapping. Following this research, only field boundaries were recorded within the development site. There was consdiered potential for previously unrecorded remains however it was considered likely that due to truncation of the site through ploughing that any remains would have been compromised. These results were confirmed through geophysical survey. Based on these results, no further mitigation was recommended.
