Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 6.7 hectares of arable land. The survey identified former enclosures, a ring ditch and an area of ridge and furrow cultivation. A number of possible archaeological anomalies have also been identified; however it is not possible to determine their origin with any degree of confidence. The remaining anomalies are of modern origin, relating to an underground service, ferrous objects and fencing. |
