Abstract: |
MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) was commissioned to undertake an archaeological geophysical survey of c 3ha of land north of Desford Road, Enderby, Leicestershire. The only definite archaeological anomalies to have been detected were those relating to medieval or early post-medieval ridge and furrow cultivation. A few other anomalies were detected which could, in principle, represent archaeological features, but they are too weak, fragmentary and dispersed for such an interpretation to be confidently offered. |
