Abstract:		 A building recording was carried out at the public house, focusing on the parts of the historic building due to be affected by re-development. This comprises remodelling of some parts of the interior, largely affecting only modern parts of the building fabric, and the creation of a new serving hatch within an exterior stone wall of likely 18th century date.
