Abstract:		 Detailed magnetometry was carried out by Archaeological Surveys at Guiting Manor Farm, Guiting Power, Gloucestershire ahead of a planning application for construction of a new barn. The survey indicates that there are zones of pit-like features; however, it is not possible to determine if they have archaeological potential, or if they relate to an increased depth of topsoil within naturally formed features or features caused by agricultural activity disturbing the underlying shallow geology. Two modern services are located at the edge of the survey, beyond the site application area, and a positive linear response in the eastern part of the site may relate to a further service.
