Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation within the historic Thameside fort uncovered evidence relating to previous use of space within the enclosed area, and a small number of post-medieval artefacts. The most notable discovery was that of a 'secret room' close to one of the magazines. Unfortunately this could not be investigated on grounds of Health and Safety. |
