Abstract: |
In advance of the construction of a Health and Wellbeing Campus on the site, eleven trenches were excavated in order to investigate the potential archaeological remains to be impacted on by the development. The trenches were excavated through made ground onto natural substrate and it appears that previous construction and subsequent demolition and levelling is likely to have destroyed any potential archaeological evidence. No archaeological features or deposits were encountered. |
