The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken during the excavation of foundation trenches and a service trench and the reduction of internal areas for a new dwelling located close to the River Avon in Alveston. No features of archaeological significance were discovered. Finds from the topsoil dated from 18th to 20th centuries. The work suggests that this part of Alveston was not occupied prior to the post-medieval period.
