Abstract:		 In 1991 RCHME undertook an archaeological investigation and analytical field survey of the post-medieval lead mining remains at Greenside, Patterdale, Cumbria. Survey and investigation was undertaken at the request of the Lake District National Park Planning Board and the National Trust, who jointly own the site, to assist management, particularly in relation to severe erosion problems.
