Abstract:		 In April 2018 KDK Archaeology undertook an archaeological evaluation on land to the rear of 36 Kirby Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, in order to fulfil a requirement of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and Condition 3 of the planning consent for this site. No archaeological features or finds were encountered possibly as a result of later disturbance as several modern footings and rooting where present throughout.
