Abstract: |
About half of the 42 trenches contained archaeological features, consisting of ditches gullies and pits, those in the western part of the site mainly dating to the middle bronze Age, and Late Iron Age to Roman in the east. The quantities of pottery and flint suggest the proximity of a settlement for both periods. |
