Abstract:		 The evaluation has demonstrated that archaeological features and deposits representative of land division, construction, quarrying and pitting exist on the site. The site has the potential to enhance our understanding of later medieval and early post-medieval development at Appledore. Two Mesolithic/Neolithic worked flints were also recovered.
