Abstract:		 In November and December 2014 KDK Archaeology Ltd undertook a programme of Observation and Recording of Manor Lodge, 15 Wavendon Road, Salford, Bedfordshire. A total of five site visits were made for the monitoring of both ground reduction and excavation of footings trenches associated with this development site. An area of ground was reduced surrounding the new development to the north and north-west of c.250m² by 1m, and numerous footings trenches were excavated. No archaeological features or artefacts were uncovered throughout the excavation of either the ground reduction or the footings trenches.
