Abstract: |
In July 2020, Cotswold Archaeology carried out the second phase of an archaeological evaluation at Wild Flower Meadow, Guildford Road, Ash, Surrey. A total of 46 trenches were excavated further to the 10 previously cut in November 2019. Four ditches were revealed of post-medieval to modern date with a further undated discordant ditch being perhaps earlier. Six probable burnt-out three throws were also revealed likely associated with modern tree clearance on site. |
