Abstract:		 Nine trenches were excavated. An intact subsoil horizon was recorded in all trenches. There was no evidence of any significant truncation. Three shallow, undated ditches were recorded sealed beneath the subsoil in three of the trenches. The rest of the trenches were archaeologically negative.
