Abstract:		 Excavation of ten trial trenches across the 2.37ha site was conducted in advance of a housing development. Two trenches yielded archaeological remains, which consisted of one undated pit and one possible post-medieval ditch in the north of the site, demonstrating low-level human activity within the area.
