Abstract:		 Nine trenches were excavated across two fields within the site which totalled 3.68 ha. Some of the trenches were targeted on anomalies previously identified during a geophysical survey. A large ditch containing Iron Age pottery was identified at the south of the site. Further features identified were an undated field boundary thought to be post medieval and drains, some of which contained post medieval pottery.
