The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 A topographic survey was carried out by CPAT in the summer of 2015, which suggested that the visible earthworks were predominantly clay pits associated with brick production on the site. A possible former field boundary and associated ridge and furrow in the centre of the study area were identified as being of earlier date. This was followed in October 2015 by an evaluation comprising seven trenches which were positioned to investigate the extant features, the results of which appeared to confirm the findings of the topographic survey.
