Abstract: |
Between December 2016 and February 2017, an archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology during groundworks associated with construction of a single storey rear extension and associated external alterations to the current buildings at 66-70 High Street, Marlow, Buckinghamshire. An undated, but probable post-medieval, limestone courtyard surface was identified overlain by modern reworked garden soil deposits. No further features or deposits of archaeological interest were observed during the groundworks. |
