Abstract:		 Evaluation - Seven trenches were excavated. A probable post-medieval field boundary was recorded in two trenches at the southern end of the project area. In three trenches at the north end of the project area a series of features dated to the Late Iron Age/early Roman and later Roman. Three test pits excavated by the client were continuously monitored but these did not expose any archaeological deposits or artefacts. Seven trenches were excavated, five of which contained archaeological features. A probable post-medieval field boundary was recorded in two trenches at the southern end of the project area. In three trenches at the north end of the project area a series of features dated to the Late Iron Age/early Roman and later Roman periods were recorded. Three test pits excavated by Anglian Water were continuously monitored but these did not expose any archaeological deposits or artefacts.
