Abstract:		 The excavation confirmed the results of the evaluation phase, that is essentially the presence of Medieval activity in this area. A cluster of pits was located in the NW corner of an undated L-shaped ditch, itself following part of the course of a Medieval ditch. Dating evidence was sparse but consistent within the medieval period. A watching brief revealed no further features. Severe modern truncation had left certain areas heavily disturbed.
