Abstract: |
The site lies within the Scheduled Monument of Canfield Castle and associated enclosure, and The Hall itself is a listed building.
The excavation of two foundation trenches for the construction of two room extensions onto the annexe at The Hall were observed. No archaeological features, deposits or artefacts were located in either of the trenches. |
