Abstract:		 Archaeological monitoring and recording during construction of a new house and garage at Plot 1, Broadgate, Whaplode, Lincolnshire revealed a pit containing 11th to 12th century pottery and a ditch containing mid 12th to 14th century pottery. A second ditch contained finds of 17th century date.
