General user queries

How do I change my password

You can either follow the instructions on what to do if you have forgotten your password or change you password on the user details page.

How do I update my details

How do I switch between systems and/or organisation?

There are instructions on how to do this in the Switch sys/org help section.

How do I join a new organisation?

Organisational queries

How do I add someone to my organisation?

There are instructions on how to do this in the add user help section.

How do I change someone's role in my organisation?

Changing someone from an ADMIN user and a STANDARD user is in the Sys/org membership help section.

How do I view recent activity in my organisation?

There are instructions on how to do this in the recent activity help section.

How do I see all of the users in my organisation?

Users in your organisation are organised by System (OASIS / INGEST / HSDS Service Catalogue etc). If you are an admin user for your organisation you can see all the users who have access to the Sytems you are an admin for. To do this log in and use the Admin access page to choose the system / organisation combination that you want to see users for (help on Admin access page), then go to the membership option under the System menu (OASIS / Ingest / HSDS Service Catalogue etc). You cannot see all the users for all systems at once.

How do I remove someone from my organisation?

You can only remove PENDING users from your organisation, a member who is ACTIVE can have their access removed by making them INACTIVE.
