Thesis Data

The data presented here consists of the workbook source files for all charts, tables, and tabular appendices contained within the thesis and are further described in Appendix 8 of the thesis itself. Where tables have been removed from a thesis text file the relevant workbook file and sheet name is clearly highlighted and can be located using the links below. The files are presented here in their migrated formats, as either Comma Separated Value text files (for datasheets) or png images (for charts), and not as the original Excel files. As such, all files simply present the raw or processed data and have thus had macros and formulae removed from them.

The folders 'Coalbrookdale' and 'Import Trade' contain files with the figures and tables for chapters 5 and 7 of the thesis respectively. Despite the title of the latter, it includes data on exports as well as imports. The folder 'ForgeXL' contains figures and tables for other chapters together with two text documents that can be accessed from this page.

CoalbrookdaleChapter 5 figures and charts.
Import TradeChapter 7 figures and charts.
ForgeXLFigures and charts for all other chapters. This folder also contains two text files.
