Abstract:		 Excavation near shore fort. Possible building or pit group of late neo-early bronze age date, with Beaker pot. A sequence of R-B field systems/rectilinear enclosures of m-l 2nd to l 4th century cover most of area. A few kilns or ovens identified and a single agricultural building identified, these also Roman. Virtually no post-Roman evidence.
