Archaeological monitoring along an electricity cable trench along the road east of Hoe Mill Barns in the Woodham Walter cropmark enclosure (SAM 127). The narrow trench contained an undated linear feature and a large pit containing sheep/goat bones believed to have been deposited less than 50 years ago.
