Abstract: |
Four trenches were excavated across the site, only revealing turf and topsoil, with the sub-soil overlying the natural Thanet sand. No Prehistoric or Roman archaeology was found and the finds relate to the 20th century. The consist of Ceramic Building Materials (CBM), glass, metal and wood. A single residual fragment of burnt flint was found in trench 1. |
