Abstract:		 A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken at 109 Yarborough Crescent, during groundworks relating to a new extension to the rear of the existing building. The stratigraphic sequence present throughout the foundation trenches comprised natural limestone overlain by subsoil and then topsoil and/or modern concrete and slabs. There were no finds or archaeologically significant features/deposits.
